Discovery call - This is the first step to getting to know you. Every project starts with a complimentary 20 - 30 minute call to discuss your project and the level of investment you’d like to make and to determine if our design services are a good fit for your needs.

If we determine that we are a good fit to work together, we will schedule an initial consultation at your home. This two hour meeting will kick-start the process of creating a full-service renovation or decorating project. We want to understand how you envision using the space, what you are drawn to and what you hope to achieve. We will discuss your style preferences and functional needs. A thorough walk-through of your home will help us understand how your family lives and determine the best way to integrate the new space into your existing home.
The consultation is designed to benefit you even if you decide not to proceed with a full-service project with us. Whether you are considering renovating your kitchen, bathroom, living area, or entire home, we want to provide you with actionable information. This visit is an opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you like within the allotted time. We can help you solve design dilemmas, offer objective opinions, and provide concrete direction. - $500

After our Letter of Agreement is signed and your retainer has been paid, we will schedule on site measurements. Then floorplans, 2D & 3D renderings will be generated for approvals. Visual inspirations and material samples will be sourced for an in person tactile presentation to help you fully understand the concept. If construction is involved in your project a Trade Day will be scheduled to have our team of sub-contractors on site to review the scope of work and begin refining the project’s construction estimate.

The scope of services will vary depending on your individual project. Your personalized Letter of Agreement will spell out clearly what our involvement will be and the associated fees. For projects where we are acting as your general contractor the service is fee based. For design projects rates are billed at our hourly rate: $150 per hour. For full service design/build a combination of both would apply.

This is the exciting time when your home finally comes to life! Once construction is complete, we will schedule a walkthrough of your transformed space, noting any remaining tasks. Next, we coordinate an installation day for our expert team to deliver your furnishings, arrange them with impeccable style, and ensure their perfect placement. With the finishing touches complete, we schedule photography then welcome you home for the final reveal.
